- Removals will be carried out between 9am and 5pm Monday - Friday unless a specific time slot has been confirmed in advance.
- You will receive a notification on the day of delivery, advising an allocated delivery slot and tracking reference.
- You do not need to be present for delivery – If you have any specific instructions with regards to access or collection, please advise at the point of ordering.
- Please ensure there is somewhere safe and free of charge for our drivers to park within a reasonable distance of your property.
- Collections are permitted in accessible areas only – E.G inside or outside the property, in the garden or kerbside, as long as access is clear and safe (otherwise wasted journey charges may apply).
- Dismantling maybe required of ‘large’ freestanding units (to be communicated pre-collection if applicable).
- Driver may advise when loads have reached its weight or cubic yard capacity.
- You will be required to complete a pre-collection survey to ensure collection suitability (issued post-booking).

- Upon our arrival, if we cannot carry out the removal for reasons beyond our control, wasted journey charges of £65+vat will apply.
- If there is more / different waste than originally booked and paid for, the Driver will contact the office for approval and additional charges will require payment before collection.
- £30 cancellation charges apply for Waste Collection cancellations within 24hrs of the requested collection date.
- Any post-sale fees (where applicable) will be redeemed via our approved supply partners.
